Oviedo is the capital of Asturias however, its airport does not have many flight connections. Other options are the following:
Santander airport (Seve Ballesteros) which is a 2 hour ride to Oviedo.
Bilbao airpot which is a 3 hour ride to Oviedo.
Madrid airport (Adolfo Suárez) which is a 5 hour ride by car or bus/ 4 hour ride by train / 1 hour and 15 mins by plane to Oviedo or if you prefer, 4 days by walk 😆.
